SUMMARY:
One of the most exciting companies to work for. A large sweets and chocolates manufacturer based in Centurion is recruiting for a personal Assistant for the Owner and co-Owner. This individual must be tech savvy, intellectual and one step ahead of them. If you don’t have experience with share driver or share docs, please don’t apply as this is a non-negotiable.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education:
  • Completed matric
  • Some sort of tertiary education is required
 
Requirements:
  • High energy and productivity
  • Advanced Excel is a NON NEGOATABLE
  • Must be able to formulate documents
  • Technical background
  • Must be able to implement systems to improve workload, the ability to come up with clever ideas
 
Duties and responsibilities amongst others
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
