Personal Assistant required in The DRC

POSITION INFO:

Personal Assistant required in The DRC

Candidates must be Kinshasa-based.

The successful candidate will be supporting the Country Manager.

He/She will deal with the day-to-day running of the office.

Previous Procurement experience is advantageous.

Handle the bulk of office administration and communication with the internal parties like the HR Team at head office and senior Project Management teams in Africa.

Diary management, possibly some travel arrangements, etc.

Must have excellent communication skills in English too.
