Persequor Park, Pretoria East: CANDIDATE ATTORNEY

Minimum Requirements:

-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female

-Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must (Key requirement, Afr & Eng client base)

-LLB Degree completed

-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must

-Willing and able to draft and type legal documents (Good typing skills required)

-Computer literate in MS Office (Lexpro Accounting proficiency highly advantageous and preferred)

-Willing to assist with general administration duties (Typing of legal documents, invoicing etc.)

-To start as soon as possible

-Must reside in Pretoria

Duties:

-General candidate attorney duties

-Exposure to fields of law as prescribed by the Attorney’s Act for admission as an Attorney (Firm specialize in Labour Law matters)

-Travelling to Courts and clients

-Filing, issuing and serving of legal documents at Courts and Deeds Offices

-Drafting and typing of legal documents in Afrikaans and English

-General administrative duties (including typing)

Salary: R 6 000.00 – R 7 500.00 gross
