An opportunity for a Perm Recruitment Consultant is available in the Durban area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric
5 – 8 years recruitment industry experience with proven success placing across various industry sectors inclusive of BPO/ Call Centre .
Bulk perm experience advantageous.
Solution sales experience
Good decision-making skills
Performance and objective driven individual
Deadline driven
Existing client base preferable.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
Excellent ability to build sustainable relationships
Ability to work under extreme pressure.
Innovative
Presentation skills
Proficient in English (Speak and write)
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of the BPO/Call Centre Sector advantageous.
Ability to communicate and work closely with Staff and Management
Willing to work under extreme pressure with a sense of urgency
Reporting
Working knowledge on Placement Partner/ similar CRM system

Duties and Responsibilities:

Selling RECRUITCO across all industry sectors inclusive of BPO – Call centre
Proven ability to qualify JDs effectively.
Proactively approach suitable candidates matching the requirements (JD’s) of the clients and ensuring delivery in line with the client needs within stipulated time frames
Contact candidates, establish interest and interview for relevant positions within the desired time frame.
Continuously networking to ensure building of a suitable candidate database of skills
Conduct detailed, competency-based interviews (outcomes based)
Achieve weekly and monthly financial and functional output targets
Prepare presentations to clients
