SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a Perm Consultant - Mining, to be based in the Centurion area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric
5 to 8 years’ recruitment industry experience at all levels and across all disciplines with specific emphasis on the Mining industry
Proven track record of successful placements
Performance and objective driven individual
Exceptional matching abilities (spec to candidate)
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
Application and knowledge of sourcing tools (career portals)
Willing to work under extreme pressure
Use own initiative
Presentation skills
Third language will be an advantage
Ability to work towards deadlines
Ability to work at fast pace
Remain self-motivated and use initiative at all times
Good decision-making skill
Reliable

Duties and Responsibilities:

Network to ensure strong database of skills
Conduct detailed, competency-based interviews (target and selection)
Contact candidates, establish interest and interview for relevant positions within the desired time frame
Proactive mapping and identification of suitable candidates in line with job specifications
Achieve weekly and monthly set activity and financial targets
Prepare presentations of candidates to clients
Generate own leads to grow client base relevant to expertise
Marketing of suitable profiles to potential clients
