Requirements & Responsibilities:

· Supervising of the debt collectors for assigned category/categories.

· Upskilling and assisting old and new debt collectors on debt collection procedures & requirements.

· Motivate, manage employees & performance.

· Maintaining office discipline and procedures for order and efficiency.

· Deal with conflict & difficult debtors and/or clients in a professional manner.
