People Partner /HR Officer - Paarden Eiland, Cape Town (E-Commerce)

SUMMARY:
Calling all HR Generalist coming from an E-Commerce, Digital or Advertising Environment

POSITION INFO:

My client a leading and well known company in the E-Commerce and Digital Industry requires a competent and experience HR Generalist to join their team.

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The People Partner will work in conjunction with Group HR to provide expert technical human resource advice to support the leadership team in effectively managing their talent. The incumbent will work closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention as well as drive a culture of performance and innovation.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Provide support to the BU and Group HR strategies to ensure alignment of Group policies and procedures

Ensure vacancies are filled timeously in line with the talent acquisition strategy

Ensure streamlined execution of all HR initiatives such as employee wellness, transformation, engagement, change management and culture

Provide accurate and timeous reporting and benchmarking

Drive Employment Equity and Skills Development initiatives within the BU

Ensure performance reviews are completed within specified timeframes

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3 year’s experience in a Generalist role from a digital/e-commerce background - ESSENTIAL 

Strong working knowledge of HR legislative requirements

Project management experience is essential

High level computer skills

SA Citizens only

Must be Criminal Clear

Must reside in the Greater Cape Town area.
