SUMMARY:
Pension Fund Team Leader - Administration

POSITION INFO:

Office                                       : Parktown

Position                                  : Team Leader –Administration

Reporting to                             : Divisional Head Administration

                            

Purpose: Manage a full portfolio of funds and team in order to meet the Service Providers Agreement (SPA). Assist with the management of business processes by solving day-to-day problems; checking and verifying data and action the first authorisation as well as first release of payments for claims. Support team members by providing on-the-job coaching when required.

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Matric and/or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
  • 4-6 years industry experience
  • Computer literacy – MS Word, MS Excel,

  • Meet all targets as per SLA
  • Great awareness of customer service
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
