Employee Benefits Team Leader

POSITION INFO:

Our client, a dynamic Employee Benefits Provider is seeking to employ a Team Leader.

Candidate should have at least 2 to three years experience in a similar role.

Managing Pension Fund Administrators.

Conducting daily meetings
Staff management
Checking and approving pre and post recons
Ensuring adherence and compliance as per fund rules
Reconciling contributions
Drafting section 13a letters
Monthly reporting
Compiling new member’ welcome packs
Fund maintenance

Checking and authorizing Disinvestments and Investments
Allocating transfer Ins
Section 14 transfers
Contribution reconciliation
Processing claims
Compiling monthly reports
Obtaining tax directives and rot’s
Seamless transfers
static data capturing
