Pension Fund Consultant/EB Consultant – Johannesburg/Cape Town

SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic Financial Services Provider is seeking to employ an EB Consultant to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

The applicant must have 3 years EB Consulting experience RE5 NQF Level 5

Duties : 

• Full management of a portfolio of clients.
• Processing of Scheme Installations and Amendments to benefits within required 
• Service Level Agreements (SLA''''s).
• New entrant/existing client communication packs draft.
• Board of Management Meetings.
• Provide Board training as and when required.
• Monitoring and ensuring risk benefits are structured correctly.
• Monitor Investment Performance.
• One-on-one retirement planning & member education.
• Issuing standard documents, such as quarterlies, surveys, legal updates etc. timeously to clients.
• Provide advice pertaining to employee benefits, risk, governance and compliance,
• Investments, legislation and pending changes which could impact on each particular benefit programme (s).
• Regular client interaction on a professional and effective manner on both verbal and written communication.
