POSITION INFO:

Our client, a dynamic Financial Services Provider seeks to employ an Employee Benefits Administrator based Johannesburg West

Duties

Responsible for assisting the Administration Team in their full administrative function :

1. Process monthly contribution updates within 5 working days from receipt of the contribution and schedules
2. Maintain claim and monthly contribution updates statistics
3. Process claims received paying attention to the documenttion that is received and making enquiry for any missing information within 48 hours of receipt
4. Processing claims within 5 working days from receipt of the documentation and the last contribution being invested
5. Claims communiction to member and Human Resources as well as the archiving of finalised claims
6. Understand and apply the Rules/Special Rules applicable to the Funds Administered
7. Comply with process and procedures
8. Able to identify their own training and skills development requirements

1. Must be process and task-driven with a high level of attention to detail
2. Must be able to take instruction and then work independently
3. Everest experience would be an advantage
4. Logical thinker who is deadline driven

QUALIFICATIONS

Microsoft Office - basic to intermediate

Matric

At least 2 years Employee Benefits Administration experience

Minimum COP - Introduction to Retirement Funds qualification
