SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Engineering industry in Kempton Park is looking for a Payroll/HR Administrator to join their team.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- HR Diploma NQF5 or similar
- MIBFA/MEIBC experience essential
- Minimum of 3 years successful career working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage VIP Cloud Payroll
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Payroll: Calculate and process employee wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions
- Assist with providing payroll reports to BBBEE consultant
- Importing of payroll data from the clocking system (Ideally IQTECH Time And Attendance system)
- Assist with providing EMP201 annual reconciliation
- Accurately implementing annual July increases and back pay (MEIBC) for all Office Staff and scheduled employees
- MIBFA Reconciliation
- Legal Compliance: Maintaining and updating employee payroll records, including salaries, benefits, and leave balances, to ensure they are current and accurate
- Post vacancies on the Internal Communication Group once received from the HR Manager
- Capture all candidates on candidate spreadsheet
- Plan and co-ordinate interviews with the HR Manager and relevant department Manager
- Arrange psychometric tests
- Upon signing the Offer of Employment, inform the Safety Manager of the new employee and request devices and equipment (requirements detailed by managers)
- Reconcile the PAYE
- Monitor Medical Aid changes & ensuring increased rates are administered in month of increase
