Payroll and HR Administrator

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Payroll and HR Administrator in Eastern Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

1. Relevant HR Degree
2. Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 5 years)
3. Previous Payroll experience
4. Up to date with relevant labour laws

Duties to include:

• Office management - maintaing equipment
  
• Occupational Health and Safety - submission of all Workman''s Compensation Claims as needed
• Industrial Relations - disciplinary hearings, counselling sessions, warnings
• Recruitment - deal with agencies, conduct interviews, induction for new employees, preparing employment contracts
• HR Admin - manage leave, background checks, manage staff loans/advances, correct documents for retrenchments
• Training - maintain yearly training schedule, completion of skills development return
• Payroll - recons of HR reports, salary calculations, submit EMP201 and EMP501, check IRP5''s, manage yearly increases, capture new employees onto system
