SUMMARY:
Payroll and Administration Assistant
One of our clients, a reputable audit and advisory firm specialising in outsourcing payroll, secretarial, and deceased estate administration services is currently recruiting for a Payroll and Administrative Assistant to join their team in Greenside, Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric (Business Studies as a subject would be advantageous)
Beneficial: Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
Proficiency in basic mathematics.
Vehicle and valid Driver License.
1 year experience within a similar position.

Roles and Responsibilities

Complete PAYE registration processes for clients.
Assist in UIF registration procedures.
Support in WCC registration tasks.
Compile and pull payroll reports for auditing purposes.
Execute basic payroll processing tasks.
Aid in EMP201 and EMP501 submissions.
Assist in ROE (Remuneration of Employees) submissions.
Follow up on outstanding annual return payments.
Scan and organise trust files efficiently.
Perform general administrative functions as needed.
Collaborate closely with the payroll administrator, secretarial officer, and deceased administrator to ensure smooth operations.
Act as a right-hand assistant to the deceased administrator, particularly during the startup phase of the Deceased Estates division.
