Payroll Clerk FTC - Port Elizabeth

Salary: R10-18K depending on experience

 

Purpose of Position:

 

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Payroll Wage Clerk for a Temporary Fixed Term Contract in Gqeberha, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. This is a 6 month maternity relief contract to commence 1 August 2021 – 28 February 2022.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

• Matric, Tertiary Qualification – Diploma Advantageous  
• Own reliable transport
• Experience using Pastel Accounting, Sage Pastel Payroll, Ms Excel, Ms Word, SARS E-filing, NBCRFLI
• Period Start Date: 1st August 2021 until 28 February 2022
• Salary commensurate with experience (R10k – R18k)

 

Duties:

 

• Check monthly timesheets
• Capture timesheets on Pastel
• Check leave forms and capture on Pastel and NBCRFLI online
• Monthly Returns: Provident Fund, EMP201 and NBCRFLI
• Monthly Invoicing in Pastel Accounting
• Adhoc accounting / book keeping tasks
