SUMMARY:
Experienced and qualified payroll supervisor for large national organisation. Potchefstroom based.

POSITION INFO:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Grade 12/Matric
PLUS - Tertiary B.Com degree or payroll qualification/diploma will be an advantage.
Plus 5 Years extended payroll experience, with a large staff complement.
Sound knowledge of:
· Sage 300 People system at an intermediate level.
Minimum of 1 year experience on this package, including payroll report
writing.
· General Ledgers and
· Syspro financial system.
· Government regulations and legislation affecting payroll.
(UIF, Skills Dev, Tax, Travel, etc)
· Monthly Management reports
Supervision and back up of payroll staff

Computer skills
MS Word, Excel spreadsheet, e-mail, Syspro, ODBC with a strong emphasis on
spreadsheets.
