A leading Financial Services company is currently on the lookout for a Payroll Specialist. My client is looking for a strong Payroll Specialist that take initiative to deliver results. The individual will provide efficient management, data processing and administration service to the HR department.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

Manage the full payroll function
Process payments for employees
Process payments of directors
Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements
Improve payroll policies and procedures
Manage payroll reports
Assist with payroll queries
Assist in Audits
Maintain payroll files
Assist the HR department

Qualifications:

Completed Matric

Completed Payroll qualification

Experience:

5 - 7 Years’ experience in the same role

Sage payroll / VIP Premier is preferably

Effect payment to Foreign National is a requirement

The banking sector is preferred
