POSITION INFO:

VIP Payroll qualification / diploma in payroll would be advantageous. 5 years solid experience in the capacity of a payroll administrator / officer.

Excel literacy essential. 

• Ensure all statutory reports and payments are done monthly.
• Provide employees with IRP5’s and UIF submissions.
• Reporting of business units and Recon balancing.
• Resolving all payroll queries.
• Assist with employee’s package structuring.
• Ensure all salary inputs captured correctly and on time by various checks.
• Full salary account reconciliation.
•  Responsible for capturing, recons, PAYE, medial aid and time sheets. VIP payroll for +-360 staff member salaries per month. Capturing of all leave forms onto VIP payroll. All new employees onto payroll and doing termination doing ACB payments. Ensure GL & rolling over printing of reports. Complete SARS returns. Ensure all leave provisional accruals are in place. 
• Responsible for importing weekly time sheets on to VIP Payroll from an Excel spread sheet.
• Capturing of all leave forms onto the payroll.
• Capturing all deduction forms, all maintenance orders and garnish orders onto VIP.
• Responsible for capturing all new employees onto the payroll and also doing the terminations.
• Doing the ACB payments for all payrolls.
• Printing of payslips and reports to PDF files.
• Doing the ACB payments for all payrolls
• Printing of payslips and sending it to the employee branches. Also sending some payslips through ESS.
• Printing reports and filing it.
• Responsible for completing the SARS Payments through E-Filing monthly.
• Responsible for all UI-19 Forms and Service Certificates to be submitted to the Department of Labour.
• Working hand in hand with the FM
