SUMMARY:
A fresh produce company in Pretoria is looking for a Payroll lady that they can fully rely on to take over a permanent role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Person must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in full payroll function. The position entails 70% wages and 30% HR / Admin.
Experience with weekly and fortnight wages (seasonal and perm workers)
Be prepared to also complete certain HR functions should it be requested.
Filing and admin work is also required.
Experience in EE, SD, Health and Safety and foreigner employment (the person will have to keep up with work permits / asylums independently.
Will be beneficial if the person has experience in ERS Biometric clock in system - time and attendance
Female - not older than 28 years.
Must have own transport and license.
Must be able to read, write and speak AFR and ENG. .
Must have a degree/diploma in Accounting, Human Resources – Payroll focused.
It is very important that the person can just walk in and take over. There is a lot of pressure and the person must be able to stay calm, focused and accurate.
