POSITION INFO:

Sage 300 People software experience (non-negotiable)

Bargaining Council experience (non-negotiable)

Full responsibility of group’s payroll – monthly and weekly payrolls

Processing and administration of all additional reimbursement and pay-related allowances

Monthly and annual payroll reports

Month-end processes and balancing

Liaising with staff and management on payroll and employee benefit related queries

Reconciliation and payment of PAYE, UIF, SDL and 3^rd party payments

Manage 3^rd party relationships relating to payroll and benefits

EMP 201 & EMP 501 preparation and submission

Knowledge of Time and Attendance systems

Advanced Excel

Qualification:

Degree or any relevant payroll qualification
