SUMMARY:
Our security client seeks a Time and Attendance/Payroll expert to assist at their operations in Hotazel in Northern Cape. They ideally seek people from Kathu/ Vryburg area or who are willing to relocate to the area.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Matric plus a Diploma or Tertiary Qualification related to Admin or Payroll
- 5 years min experience in Payroll Administration, specifically Time and Attendance.
- Exposure to running payroll in an industrial environment like Mining or Manufacturing or related
- Experience with Payroll /Time and Attendance systems
- Strong office and HR Admin skills
- Experience in:
- Compiling and drawing relevant time & attendance reports; identifying deviations
- Performing internal time & attendance audits on overtime, unpaid leave, late arrivals, etc.
- Advising employees with time related matters, i.e., maternity leave & sick leave.
- Responding to employee requests for individual timekeeping reports; provide detailed documentation to employees regarding necessary corrections.
- Systems logging & testing of changes or improvements to the time and attendance processes & systems.
- Booking medicals
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Payroll Officers by correcting time related errors and monitor the % of uncleared messages before payroll closure.
