SUMMARY:
Payroll / HR Administrator - Western Cape - Riversdale

POSITION INFO:

Our Cliënt, based in Riversdale is looking to employ a HR / Payroll Administrator.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior Payroll Administration experience
  • Prior HR Administration experience
  • Computer literate
  • Grade 12 + relevant tertiary qualification
  • Good understanding of labour laws
  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing salaries for Employees - Which include Bonuses, Monthly Incentives, Overtime, Annual increases
  • End to End Payroll processing 
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
  • Month End Reports 
  • EMP 201 submission 
  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
  • Attend to employee queries & Assist with general Payroll queries 
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
