POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

The successful candidate will manage and co-ordinate the processing of payroll related transactions and administration functions according to payroll, financial and legislative requirements. This position will be based in Selby.

Duties included, but not limited to:

Payroll Management
People Management
Cost saving
Expenditure control
SHEQ
Stakeholder engagement

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Strong financial and numeracy skills
SARS Legislation
Various legislation affecting payroll – (SADC countries)
Computer literacy – Microsoft Suite of Products
VIP Payroll, Employee Self Service, HR Premier Systems [Advantageous]
Good Interpersonal skills
Ability to think conceptually and analytically
Strong verbal and written communication
Accountable, assertive and self-motivated
Driver’s license & own reliable vehicle
Be prepared to work extra hours when required

Education

Diploma in Payroll Management
5 Years Payroll Administration & management
