POSITION INFO:

My client based in Johannesburg South is looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join their team. The position is for an implementation/consulting/training environment for payroll software VIP Premier, Sage 300 People, Pastel ect. This is not a payroll function role, however accounting knowledge and experience is beneficial - the successful person will implement the payroll software at their client and manage the project from start to end.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience with Payroll Implementation
• Certification on Payroll implementation
• Have knowledge and skills to do installations of payroll software on servers and workstations
• Have the ability to perform system upgrades and installations, troubleshoot program errors and assists with ad-hoc clients requests
• Have the ability to implement the payroll software according to the Project Scope
• New database setups and imports
• Ability to configure and test data to comply with the Project Scope
• Have the ability to prepare, plan and schedule training sessions
• Have Microsoft SQL experience/accreditation
• Excellent client relation skills
• Must have excellent knowledge of Evolution product
• Have your own transport and valid licence
