POSITION INFO:

Communication skillsQualified applicants with the relevant experience and potential are invited to apply.
The main responsibilities of the position includes:
1. Capture all information required for payroll purposes on PAYWELL.
2. Printing of payslips
3. Complete and reconcile l necessary returns such as PAYE, UIF etc.
4. Handle payroll queries
5. Calculation of all conditions as per the Main Agreement ( MEIBC) and relevent stakeholders.
6. Provide a full payroll function for the company on all hourly paid employees.
The ideal candidate must have
- Grade 12 with strong numeracy ability.
- PAYWELL Payroll System experience
- Have a passion for payroll and the ability to work well with all clients.
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Be able to achieve deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Excel knowledge and experience
