POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

My client, a JSE listed concern, is one of the largest manufacturing companies within South Africa. As the Payroll Assistant Accountant, you can be part of an award-winning team, contributing toward your own professional success.

You as the Payroll Assistant Accountant will be responsible for the execution of final payroll runs and analysis and reporting of payroll data duties such as:

Upload payment data to 3^rd party payment system
Analyse outstanding items
Compare payroll data with GL
Establish fund transfer requirements
Monthly balancing of SARS payments
Management of master data

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Completed Diploma or Degree in Finance

Experience:

5 Years’ experience in a similar role

SAP HCM is preferred

Shared Services and FMCG environment is a non-negotiable

Industry:

FMCG industry experience is required
