Construct Executive Search (CES) is a specialist Executive Search/Recruitment Agency within the technical field i.e., Engineering, Construction as well as Trade & Technical (FMCG). We are currently recruiting for the below position

A specialist firm of consulting engineers and scientists based in South Africa who design, develop and implement innovative, practical and cost-effective solutions that are environmentally supportive are looking for a Payroll Administrator that is to be permanently based within Gauteng. The successful candidate must be able to Verify information and create links to ensure that all statutory requirements are adhered to & Process data into Sage 300 People

Applicants must meet the following Requirements:

Must hold a Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting

Must have 3 - 5 years of experience working in a payroll office.

Must be Proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll software programs and SAGE 300 People

Must have knowledge of Proman

Must have Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

Must have Excellent communication skills, verbal, written & able to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Must have Good time management and organizational skills.
