Payroll Administrator - Temp Contract

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Temporary Payroll Administrator for a 4 month contract, based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• National Diploma in Finance
• Knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EE Act, PFMA
• Extensive experience with a payroll system (HR Focus) – definite requirement
• Candidate must be available immediately
• Experience with remuneration and benefits
• Good mathematical and interpersonal skills
• Preference will be given to candidates available immediately for this contract role

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Implementation and maintenance of the remuneration system, and processes
• Ensure organizational and legislative compliance
• Ensure compliance with SARS regulations
• Periodic payroll reports
• Salary administration
• Compensation design / administration
• Management on-boarding – permanent and temporary
• Leave administration
• Employee movement administration
• General administrative duties

Salary:  Negotiable for 4 month contract
