Payroll Administrator - Cape Town

SUMMARY:
Calling on all Payroll administrators based in Cape Town. My client in the Energy and Power space seeks to employ an experienced Payroll Administrator. The successful incumbent would be responsible for the full payroll processing of wages and salaries, Journal, 3rd party payments, statutory deductions, and recon reports. POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Prepare and reconcile month-end reports
• Load EFT information for payments
• Generate Reports and Payslips
• Import hours for payroll interface
• Process Daily clocking’s
• Generate year-end Leave pay and leave enhancements
• Update Medical Aid and Pension/Provident fund deductions
• Process Leave records
• Prepare and reconcile monthly returns including UIF files

Qualification

• Diploma/Certificate in Payroll  
• Knowledge of MEIBC Main Agreement rules
• Must have experience working on Microsoft Access
