SUMMARY:
The administrator will be responsible for preparing payrolls and related records for employee salaries and statutory record keeping purposes. This position will report to the Payroll Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Loads new employees
Prepares input files
Captures and processes all permanent and temporary amendments
Investigates discrepancies by checking payroll against previous month
Captures terminations and transfers
Calculates and processes manual payments
Maintains and updates personnel files
Prints and distributes payslips
Ensures filing and scanning is up to date
Assist employees with any payroll related queries
Processes third party payments

Requirements:

3-5 years Sage 300 payroll experience (not negotiable)
Ability to perform under pressure
Must be detail orientated
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Data integrity and reporting
Confidentiality of information
Reconciliations to ledger account
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Experience from construction would be beneficial
