A leading supplier company is currently on the lookout for a Payroll Administrator.  My client is looking for a strong Payroll Administrator that take initiative to deliver results.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Monthly reports
• Staff loans and third party payments including Provident Fund and Medical Aid
• Updating the clocking system
• Updating the shift schedule (only assist if required but usually done by Management)
• Loading of employees on clocking system
• Calculation of overtime
• Confirmation of employees (If HR manager is not available)
• Calculations of leave pay and bonuses
• Assist with payroll queries
• Process weekly timesheets
• Capture hours on timesheets
• Process the payroll

Qualifications:

Completed Matric

3 - 5 Years’ experience in the same role

VIP Payroll or Sage 300 is preferably
