SUMMARY:

As an HR and Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll, as well as ensuring that that the correct administration, reconciliations and balancing of the payroll is done timeously

POSITION INFO:

Receive the opportunity to become an HR and Payroll Administrator for a ever growing locally founded company.

As an HR and Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll, as well as ensuring that that the correct administration, reconciliations and balancing of the payroll is done timeously

The main purpose of this position is the administration of the payroll which includes the management of employee data, ensuring the accuracy of timesheets, computing salaries, and ensuring that employees are paid correctly on time.

Duties:

• Administration of the Employee Benefits
• Providing information and answering employee enquiries about payroll related matters
• Maintain accurate employee records whilst ensuring that employee changes are entered correctly and is done timeously
• Compilation or revision of job descriptions.
• Assist in the compilation of the Policies and Procedures manual and ensure the correct updating of various policies.
• Handling of all necessary documentation for an ex-employee (Certificate of Service, UIF, ETC).
• Compilation of all HR statistics.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or Payroll
