Payroll Administrator

SUMMARY:
Seeking a Payroll Administrator in Letsitele, Tzaneen, to join their agricultural family orientated establishment.

POSITION INFO:

This enormous company has been established for almost 60 years. They are Seeking a Payroll Administrator in Letsitele, Tzaneen, to join their agricultural family orientated establishment.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Collecting and verifying time sheets;
• Capturing employee information and payroll data into the system;
• Answering employees'' questions/queries and concerns regarding payroll;
• Calculating earnings and expenses e.g. payable hours, overtime, taxes etc.
• Processing of HR data e.g. new appointments, promotions, terminations and leave;
• Issuing payslips and statements;
• Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies;

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in an agricultural environment;

• In-depth knowledge of payroll/clocking software, in particular Sage 300 People and Jarrison will be a distinct advantage;
• Attention to detail;
• Sound computer literacy - MS Office, Outlook, etc.;
• Good communication skills and a team player
