Payroll Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established company based in Randburg is seeking a experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• Tertiary qualification(advantageous).
• Payroll knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years experience in VIP Payroll.
• Advantageous: ODBC Exposure.

Main responsibilities:

• Accurate and timeous data capturing.
• Managing national submission channels and centralised processing.
• Processing of commissions for Direct sales staff.
• Managing leave to be accurate and consistent for allocated payroll companies.
• Accurate record keeping of payroll system.
• Doing backups, updates and enhancements.
• All Payroll query assistance.
• Adding and linking employees.
• Month end procedure assistance.
• Company reconciliation monthly feedback.
• Recons and journals at month end.
• Compiling and issue relevant payroll information to Auditors.
• Payroll documentation filing and safe keeping.
• Record keeping of personnel files.
• Complying with SARS on a monthly and annual basis.
• Assist in the HR department by filing al documentation, extension letters, contracts.
• All General administration relating to HR and Payroll.
• Department of Labour Store inspection documentation preparation.

• Operating Hours:  8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
