Payroll Administrator / Wage Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Payroll Administrator Pinelands Cape Town

Our Customer focused client in Pinelands is looking for a Payroll Administrator with 3-5 years payroll administrator experience with large amounts of staff up to 150 per month. Pure Wage Payroll experience is needed. Its a contract position as per project.

Salary highly negotiable – its a contract position up to 5 months maybe more

The following tasks will be required:

Collate weekly timesheets timeously
Reconcile timesheets, report on variances
Communicate with Operations
Communicate with Payroll Bureau services
Prepare payroll for the 4 weekly payment cycle
Reconcile timesheets vs invoices to Customer
Ad hoc HR admin duties
Ad hic other payroll duties when required
