Payroll Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic Accounting firm, is on the lookout for a Payroll Administrator, to join their team, based in Lynwood, Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric Certificate.
• Have a relevant degree/diploma or studying towards one.
• 3 years experience in Payroll field.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Advantageous: Exposure in Payspace.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end Payroll function for numerous clients.
• Report Preparation.
• Reconciliation of Payroll accounts.
• Management of the full Payroll function.
• Statutory tax submissions (EMP201 and EMP501).
• Client and colleague assistance with Payroll related issues.
• Adding the deductions and contributions to various banking systems.
• Communicating and building relationships with clients.

• Operating Hours:  8:00 AM – 5:00PM.
