POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

My client has broken into the south African retail markets and boast years of exposure with the biggest brands in the region and they are currently seeking for a vibrant, detailed and technical Payroll Administrator to join their team

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for payroll reports to various stakeholders
• Reconcile Payrolls
• Ensure that all employees are paid on time.
• Payroll account reconciliations
• Manage Full payroll function
• Administer Provident Fund payments
• Stututory tax submissions(EMP201 and EMP501)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Diploma in Payroll or Bcom degree in finance
• Weekly, Monthly and Bi-weekly  Payroll exposure is essential
• Extensive Manufacturing Experience
• Minimum 3 years payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of Payspace
