POSITION INFO:

A leading healthcare organisation is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team. This position will be based in Parktown, Johannesburg.  

Job & Company Description:

The successful candidate would be responsible for processing and validating certain payroll transactions in accordance to the organisations policy and legislative requirements.

Duties included, but not limited to:

• Payroll
• Services
• Administration
• Financial
• SHEQ
• Stakeholder Engagement

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Strong financial and numeracy skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Various legislation affecting payroll – (SADC countries)
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Ability to think analytically
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Accountable, assertive and self-motivated
• Overtime when required

Education

• Senior Certificate NQF Level 5
• Studying towards related field OR 3 years related experience
• VIP Payroll
