POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and administering of Payroll data on SAGE 300.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process ensuring timely are met.
• Leave processing
• Accurate payroll processing for all employees.
• Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, tax requirements, and benefits regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and process of payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits.
• Manage Benefits and 3rd Party payment
• Attend to payroll-related queries from employees, resolve in a timely manner.
• Generate and review payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and assist with internal and external audits as required.
• Generate high level Reports for Top Management.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience in working with Sage 300 – Minimum 3 yrs
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Payroll
• Strong system knowledge (Sage300)
• Able to work under pressure and meet the Deadlines
• Able to handle complete payrun cycle
• Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Intermediate MS Office Experience.
