We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join a team in Blackheath, who thrive on the collective expertise & dedication of their team!

What You’ll Bring:

• Matric
• Certification in VIP Payroll obtained via VIP
• Proficiency in report writing / ODBC
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll, salary & wages, or finance
• 2 years’ experience with VIP Payroll
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Time & Attendance (T&A) systems.
• Strong knowledge of the Labour Relations Act and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
• Solid computer literacy across relevant platforms.

What You’ll Do:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Process & reconcile payroll including new employees, terminations, leave, and adjustments.
• Ensuring accurate deductions, adjustments, and pay period reconciliations.
• Importing and reconciling hours for payroll processing.
• Performing mid-year and tax year-end reconciliations.
• Generating management information reports and completing month-end reporting.
