International conglomerate that is one of the most sought after employer of choice is looking for an experience Payroll Accountant

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Completed Bcom Accounting degree – NON-NEGOTIABLE
Minimum of 5 years experience dealing with a large payroll
Strong SAP working knowledge
Excellent understanding of the financial statements and reports side of Payroll function

Duties:

Prepare and upload monthly and weekly wages
Process all payroll journals and adjustments prior to General Ledger closure
Prepare payroll reconciliations to compare to related GL journals, including Balance Sheet recons
Manage the salary clearing account
Leave pay provisions
Assist internal and external auditors annually and quarterly
Management of staff
