SUMMARY:
My client who is a leader in the manufacturing space seeks to employ a seasoned Payroll Accountant. The successful incumbent will be responsible for vetting, reconciling, resolving queries, and ensuring that the full accounting function is done timeously.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Assist in processing HR requirements, appointments, registrations, dismissals and payroll
To oversee and maintain accurate financial information and capture into pastel (Full accounting function)
Preparation of financial information for year end
Year end Audits
To process and submit statutory requirements
Processing of salary inputs

Qualifications:

BCom (Accounting/ Finance) qualification minimum
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the manufacturing space

Skills:

Excellent negotiations skills
Excellent presentation, planning and organisation skills
Customer service oriented
Proactive communicator
Hands On
Must be self-driven, innovative and a strong team player
