Our client based in Deal Party, Gqeberha, requires a Payroll & HR Administrator to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description

Maintain a proper documentation control system
Stay up to date with company policies and tax legislations that impact on remuneration
Maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization
Responsible for the coordination between payroll and HR, to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data

Requirements

At least 3 years of payroll experience (including a weekly or biweekly payroll)
Experience administering a clock system is required
A payroll or HR certificate will be advantageous.
Payroll software experience (eg. Pastel)
