SUMMARY:
A position has become available for a Portuguese/Spanish speaking Payment specialist to join a dynamic team who will assist with the daily communications and analysis of the deposits and withdrawal functions within the company.

POSITION INFO:

Role

Checking failed Deposits to client Accounts (Card , E -Money , Bank, Inter Account Transfers) and liaising with account managers.
Checking Withdrawals from Client Accounts (Card, E-Money, Bank, Inter Account Transfer) and liaising with account managers.
Checking any other adhoc payments and following up with Payment Services providers.
Analysing payment behaviours and suggesting small amendments.
Query pending transactions with banks and payment service providers.

KPI

All new failed deposits must be notified to Account managers within 30 minutes of being received
All failed withdrawals checked daily to ensure funds released from payment service providers.
Maintaining a consistent service delivery to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Dealing promptly with client requests in a competent, efficient and professional manner.
Adhere to organisational best practice and legislative requirements.

Working Hours: 11:00 to 20:00 (UK) 12:00 – 21:00

Skills and Qualifications Required

Degree Qualification – preferably Business/Finance related.
Minimum of two years office experience in a Finance/Support role.
MS office and google sheets.
Working under pressure.

Portuguese and or Spanish speaking as first or second language ESSENTIAL
