My Client a Deluxe 5 Star Boutique Hotel in Polokwane is urgently recruiting for a Pastry ChefÂ

Remuneration

• Salary Negotiable based on experienceÂ
• This is a Live Out position

RequirementsÂ

• Culinary Arts Diploma - MinimumÂ
• Patisserie Diploma - PreferredÂ

Candidate will be required to:

• Train and motivate pastry chefs.
• Manage the a la carte and banqueting pastry pass on a daily basis.
• Create and maintain recipes.
• Daily meetings and handovers, stock counts and mise-en-place.
• Maintain and achieve food costing targets.
• Maintain hygiene standards in your section
