Parts Sales Managers X 2 Paarl and Vredenberg Western Cape

Our client based in Paarl and Vredenberg West Coast, seeks two Parts Sales Managers to join their expanding Dealership to help provide top quality service to customers that visit their parts counter. This is an internal sales job.

Ideal candidates would have previous dealership or supplier experience in an automotive parts department. Warehousing and Parts experience is a prerequisite. The successful candidate will supervise  Counter Sales Executives and  Storemen.  Have your own clientele base. Experience in the following brands: UD,NISSAN, LEYLAND, MERC BENZ, IVECO, FAW, VOLVO, VW, CUMMINGS, SCANIA, POWERSTAR, HINO, FUSO, DAF, etc.

Duties:

• Optimizing the sale of all Parts and Accessory products to Retail Customers, Sales Department customers and workshop customers. Must make decisions on pricing that can affect the store''s profits.
• The manager must have thorough knowledge of the automobile parts and how they are used in a vehicle both because the manager must train his staff and also because customers are often referred to him/her when staffers can''t answer a customer’s questions.
• Ensuring that all customers are completely satisfied at all stages Confirmation and explanation of all paperwork to customers where the Sales Executives get stuck
• The automotive parts manager must have his own established Clientele base.
• He must understand the qualities that make up a great automotive parts salesperson to assess an employee''s effectiveness.
• The manager is responsible for dealing with customer complaints. He/She must take regular inventory of the store and is responsible for budgetary concerns within the store.
• Other ad hoc duties

Must have Automate and previous main dealership experience.
Commercial background preferred but will consider candidates with car experience. Must have own clientele base.
