SUMMARY:
Parts Sales Executive - East Rand - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established automotive dealership based in the East Rand is looking for a experienced Part Sales Executive.

Requirements:

Must have Parts Sales experience in the Automotive Industry
Premium brand experience will be beneficial
Grade 12
Computer Literate
Work well under pressure
Multi tasker
Good customer care skills
Good communication skills

Duties (but not limited to):

Service existing clients
Parts sourcing
Assist Service Department with parts request orders
Assist with telephonic queries and parts sales
Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent service with regards to parts
Provide best customer service
Handle customer complaints
Receive & log stock into inventory
Notify service department when parts / back ordered have been received
Maintain parts department neat and tidy
