JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Grade 12 or Certificate
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Read, write and speak English
  • Valid Driver’s License

Duties:

  • Support the Workshop Foreman by ensuring that the constant supply of parts to the Technicians is properly administrated
  • Ensure all parts picking slips are actioned fast and efficiently
  • Ensure that all parts that are packed are checked and recorded before packaging
  • Ensure that all task performed comply with minimum standard required
  • Ensure that all Health & Safety rules are always adhere to
  • Ensure Parts not available are brought under the attention of the Workshop Manager/Foreman
  • Ensure that the consumable parts level is monitored weekly
  • Support the entire parts to Workshop procedure to ensure minimal standing/idle time due to parts availability
