Parts Manager

SUMMARY:
Parts Manager - Paarl - Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

This is a fantastic opportunity! You will be reporting to the Dealer Principal, and responsible for effective parts availability through process management and accurate stock control to achieve profitability and maintaining an exceptional standard of customer care.

Requirements:

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Very good computer literacy skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom etc.)
• Social media skills
• Autoline experience
• Minimum of 5 years Parts Management experience in the motor industry (dealership level)
• Operational internal systems experience
• Valid driver’s license

Key Performance Areas:

• Compile and implement a marketing plan 
• Social media management
• Manage inventory
• Manage risk (financial and non – financial) within department
• Ensure profit target achievement
• Prospecting new business
• Responsible for annual budget of Parts Department
• Management of parts staff members
