Parts Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client based in Cape Town, is recruiting for an enthusiastic Parts Manager. The successful candidate needs to have experience in the Automotive industry.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.  
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar role.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Computer literate and experience using VMG (Accounting system) would be advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ordering and sourcing of parts.
• Follow up with suppliers on parts ordered.
• Load cost parts to job cards.
• Receiving of new parts when on delivery and sign if all in order.
• Compile quotations for Customers/Internal vehicles.
• Create credits on wrong parts supplied.
• Conduct daily stock checks.
• Housekeeping on Parts department.
• Follow up with technicians on parts when required.
